Meetings

The Colonial Village Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on June 10th, 2023. For homeowners unable to attend, a proxy form was provided, allowing them to designate another individual to vote on their behalf. The proxy form included options for homeowners to select their preferred candidates for three key positions on the CVHOA Board of Directors: President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Homeowners could also choose to accept nominations from the floor during the meeting.

Only homeowners who were current with their annual HOA dues and fees were eligible to vote. The completed and signed proxy forms were submitted via email to Amber McCusker or handed directly to the designated proxy before the meeting. This process ensured that all members of the community had an opportunity to participate in the association’s governance, even if they could not attend the meeting in person.
